We currently run two senior men’s teams and one senior women’s team in the Berks, Bucks and Oxfordshire leagues. We are an ambitious club with modern facilities and aspirations for the long-term development of players and coaches.

We currently have exciting opportunities for progressive coaches (ideally level 1 or 2 qualified) to join the coaching team to work across all senior teams and support the progressive Player Development Programme (PDP) within our junior sector.

The successful candidate should enjoy both team and individual development and be able to work collaboratively within the coaching team environment. Time commitment will be spread across Mondays to Thursdays depending on which team is being coached. Our men’s teams train Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Our ladies train Monday and Wednesday evenings. Weekend game time will also need to be supported.

The successful candidate will be supported by the club as follows:
• Sponsorship with coaching development through both County and RFU programmes
• Expenses for travel
• Club stash
