Didcot RUFC are delighted to launch its first Player Development Programme. The club is dedicated to offering our players the best possible rugby experience. The Programme will offer a comprehensive development opportunity to selected players including specific coaching, assessment and mentoring.
The first cohort of players will come from the Under 16 group but the plan is to extend this to other age groups and our senior men and women players.
Director of Rugby, Martin Moran commented, "I'm really excited to be leading this initiative and it is further evidence of Didcot RUFC's progressive approach. This programme has been in development for a while. We were keen to get it right and ensure that we could fully resource the programme. It will be a collaborative learning experience for both the players and the coach mentors."
