Training was a little bit different for the Didcot squad as they swapped their boots and the pitch for their trainers and the yoga mats last night.
With massive thanks to Rachel from "Wellbeing with Rachel" who runs a regular class at the football club it was the players turn to stretch out some muscles ahead of Saturday's big kick off at Kempston Rovers. Yoga can play an important part in all sports and football is no different as it can help prevent injury and other issues down the line.
Again big thanks to Rachel for running the session, everyone enjoyed it and hopefully they will feel the benefit over the course of the season!
