Tyger Hall headed home with just five minutes remaining after Larkhall had led for much of the game.
Didcot started the game brightly, with Adam Learoyd heading just wide from one of two early corners.
Larkhall went ahead on ten minutes. Freddie King scored at the second attempt after Leigh Bedwell had done well to keep out his first effort.
Didcot were enjoying plenty of possession, but they were finding it hard to break down the Larkhall defence. Owen James, Tyger Hall and Felix Robertson all seeing efforts blocked.
Larkhall looked dangerous on the break, with leading goalscorer Dawid Regula a threat, and he came close to doubling the lead when his deflected shot hit the post. Regula then forced Leigh Bedwell into a good save, tipping his effort over the crossbar.
Didcot had a good chance to equalise just before the break. A sweeping move from right to left eventually fell to Cam Mills, who saw his effort saved by Liam Armstrong in the Larkhall goal.
The second half was following a similar pattern. Didcot couldn't find a way to break down the Larkhall defence, whilst Leigh Bedwell made another good save from Regula.
Cam Mills and Owen James both fired wide, and Tyger Hall saw his effort saved as Didcot pressed for an equaliser. Larkhall were still looking dangerous on the break, and Leigh Bedwell did well to recover and push wide an effort from Alex Camm after he had initially gone around the Didcot keeper.
Didcot saw their persistence eventually pay off with just five minutes remaining. Cam Mills was found on the right, and his whipped ball into a dangerous area found Tyger Hall, who made no mistake with his header.
Neither side created a clear-cut chance for a winner in the closing minutes as Didcot drew on their travels for the first time since August and ended a run of ten straight defeats on an artificial pitch.
