Didcot Town host high flying Bedford Town tomorrow afternoon in the Railwaymen's final game before Christmas, 3pm kick off from the Loop Meadow Stadium.

The corresponding fixture last season was one of Didcot's best performances of the season as the Railwaymen won a thriller under the floodlights thanks to a late Greg Hackett goal winning the game 4-3. As we know however the scenario is a lot different this season for Didcot who find themselves down in 17th place while Bedford once again are in the top 6 and pushing for promotion.

Last time out Didcot lost a close game 1-0 to Welwyn Garden City while Bedford comfortably beat Kidlington 3-0 and will no doubt head to Oxfordshire in confident mood. Didcot manager Jamie Heapy has the luxury of almost a complete squad to pick from with George Gilmore back in contention after his 1 game suspension, the only player definitely out of tomorrow's game is Josh Pin who has had a setback in his hip injury recovery and will still be a number of weeks away.
