1. Introduction

The following plans have been put together by our very own 2nd Team Goalie Emma Medus.
She has created two fitness sessions aimed at helping Didsbury Greys members to get and stay fit leading up to and during the season.

They are designed to develop both speed and agility using a mixture of body and agility exercises. The development of speed and agility in pre season will assist in agility and speed on pitch and injury prevention.
