This is the 1st in a series of exercises that can be done at home, there will be a new set posted here each month.
Do the circuit 4 or 5 times with a 30 second break between each full set (after you've done each exercise once).
Time yourself and try to best your time as you improve. You can also add extra exercises or sets if you want a challenge.
Circuit is as follows (try to do it x3 a week)
No break between exercises, only 30 seconds when you've done all of the above. Enjoy x
