Didsbury Greys are pleased to announce our brand new Strava Club ‘Didsbury Greys Hockey’
Strava is a great app to log all your workouts and for everyone to see how many miles you really are putting in on the pitch!
There is a leaderboard which shows who’s logged the most hours per week!
This can be anything from cycling to work, going for a walk, playing hockey (obvs) or doing some stretching or strength and conditioning (read pole dancing AM)
Last year we surveyed our members and a whopping 70% of those surveyed said after socials and enjoying hockey the next reason they joined was to keep fit! So why not use the app to give a bit of motivation and share your sweaty selfies on Strava with the team!
Challenge: aim for 3 a week!
