We are delighted to announce that Sean Phillips is to join our existing coaching set-up for the 2019/2020 season. He brings a wealth of elite level and development experience. His credentials speak for themselves: three World Cups for Ireland at age-group level, before signing professional terms with Saracens. He's worked under some of the best coaches in the world, including Shaun Edwards at Wasps. Most recently, he was player/coach at Northwich at Level 6. He will work across all aspects of our game with a principal responsibility for scrum, defence, breakdown and S&C.
