MEMBERS of Dings Crusaders donned their number one's to celebrate an enjoyable campaign back at level four with an end of season dinner at Shaftesbury Park. Former Wales and British & Irish Lions centre Steve Fenwick was the guest of honour, and presented the annual awards to their recipients.

Roger Pearson and Pete Jones both received a special tie to commemorate fifty-years service to the royal blue & blacks. Scrum-half Kai Walsh picked up the young player of the season award, while Richard Cecil was named clubman of the year. Newcomer Tom Anderson lifted the award for showing outstanding sportsmanship and centre Marcus Brooker was voted players-player of the season by his peers.
