DINGS, Clifton and Old Redcliffians have all been permitted to enter the Wadworth 6X Combination Cup after being removed from the competition from the Bristol & District Combination Cup Committee last season.
It was deemed that all three National League Two South clubs first XV's were too strong for the rest of the opposition and, as a result, were eliminated from the draw. But after a lengthy negotiation, all three clubs are back in the competition on the proviso that they field their second XV.
Dings Knights have been drawn away to Barton Hill Old Boys on a date that is yet to be decided. Old Reds 2nds host Gordano and Clifton Wanderers travel to Hornets. Last season's finalists Weston and Thornbury have both been handed a bye in the opening round.
Wadworth 6X Combination Cup draw:
Cleve v Winscombe
Hornets v Clifton Wanderers
Chipping Sodbury v Avonmouth
Barton Hill v Dings Knights
Old Bristolians v Bristol Saracens
