Dings go green thanks to ID Styles...

"We prefer to not use plastic glasses in the club but safety requires us to do so on match days."
Commercial Manager Tim Gear-Evans

DINGS Crusaders at Shaftesbury Park have dumped single use plastic glasses, opting instead for the more environmentally friendly reusable branded green cups.

Dings have teamed up with long time supporter ID Styles to provide 2,000 new reusable Ecocups, which will allow supporters to drink in the stand safely on matchday and also reduce the clubs carbon footprint by cutting down on the amount of plastic waste going to landfills.

Commercial Manager Tim Gear-Evans said: "We prefer to not use plastic glasses in the club but safety requires us to do so on match days. So we’ve opted for reusable pint glasses with a £1 deposit to incentivise people to bring them back."
