The Second AGM for DLRCC was held on 19th October 2019 at Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Thank you note was given by president(Krishna), Vice President(Sandeep) and secretary (Medwin Hippolitus).

Krishan Speech -
• Krishna has acknowledge commendable performance by all four teams.
o Performance goes like 3 out of 4 teams promoted, 2 league wins, 1 Cup Win. 1 team missed narrowly for the promotion.
• As a club we are going to continue with four teams in next season.
• We will have to focus more on youth Cricket
o Club needs to identify key members who will support in juniors training and development.
• There is an urge from Cricket Leinster to get nominations on qualified Umpires and Coaches from DLRCC.
o Why Umpire requires from all clubs?
• Lots of matches are not organized and which is causing lots of issue.
• Leinster is looking for 100-120 umpire so all the matches will be having umpire in match.
o Why Coaches are required ?
• Cricket Ireland is providing training for coaches.
• We need 2 dedicated coaches for the club.
o Currently from DLRCC we have only one umpire Sanjit.
• Child protection training, Krishna and Sandeep had attended the training in the past and club is looking more member to attend same to cover up the existing train members.
• As a club we had some issues with cricket Leinster and we fought, Leinster also realized their mistake.
• Overall we had few issues during league.
o Vinu played DLR 4 match. After complained by opposition, match was registered as lost due to senior player played division 15 match.
• Confirmation from cricket Leinster that glitch happened in hearing and emailed to take care similar issue better way in future.
o DLS sheet was not submitted by Team 1 - They reduced 5 points and then added it afterwards as it was a communication mistake.
o Staring Breach - Rule is player has to play 1 match during staring period.
• Lower team 3 & 4 was penalized.
o Division 15 match against Wexford was played by opposition and ended with very highly verbal abusive manner.
• Email from Philips smith (Cricket Leinster) offering our Team 1 to play in Division 2.
o Club's response-
• We appreciated their consideration and detailed out them with all the limitations as club.
• Main limitations are better ground and better facilities.
• Decision is not finalized by Cricket Leinster
• On New Cricket Facilities :
o Meeting happened with Woodbrook golf club, though Response is not good. We will have one more meeting with them.
• There will be a meeting with Council as well on new location for DLRCC ground.

Queries and Concerns
1. Why are not going for 5th Team
a. Due to ground and facilities limitation and other players availabilities issues are putting us on backfoot for new 5th Team.
b. Right now priority is the ground.
c. We are working with St. Columbus if we can get the ground for two days.
d. We are trying to get same ground for division 7 as well.
e. We are working for all the options, to figure out best for the club.

2. Development for youth team
a. We need to developed youth player, to promote cricket more.
b. If we can few player then we request other clubs to join team together.
3. How many people/members in club?
a. 65 active
b. 70 others

Sandeep - Outcome of the meeting with Cricket Leinster - Message was clear, we need to promote youth cricket. Until we are not doing same it's very hard for get support from the council.

Krishna - Introduction on new member
• Shiva - dedicatedly working on youth development.
• Murli - Administration and working with Krishna.
• Kapil - Enthusiastic person for youth cricket.

Other comments
• Murli - Can we documents all the conflicts happened in last 2 seasons with details?
• Action - we will do needful going forward.

Executive Committee
• Discussion happened on dissolving a current committee and elect new committee for 2 years.
• Club and all members has decided to continue existing committee for 1 more year.
• Arjun join as development manager in place of the Piyush Sharma
• Sandeep is travelling and looking for replacement.
• All the internal communication group will be dissolve. We will start new group during the start of the season.
• Suggestion from Ramji - We need to official handle/account for DLR like, Twitter, Facebook, Gmail account.
• We already have our official handles and site, we need to regularly use it.
• New Position Social Media Manager - Tony & Manohar.
