Congratulations to Neil Houldey, who won the Surrey League Handicap No 8 at Kitsmead Lane. Riding pretty much a 2-up time trial from the start, Neil, a 4th Cat rider, was able to hold off the chasing pack of Cat 2/3/4 riders to take the win.
