Pre - season training will begin on Thursday 31st August 2014 at Southampton Sports Centre - meet by the netball courts. The session will be from 7-9pm. Please bring a towel, drinks and bug spray. If U18 please ensure that you arrange to be collected from the netball courts at the end of the session. Open to all players playing senior netball.

Outdoor sessions @ Southampton Sports Centre will be held on Thursday 31st July, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th August.

Surface training will then begin indoors on Thursday 4th September 2014 @ Oasis Green Lane Millbrook. Times to be advised depending on what Regional, Hampshire or Southampton Prem Squad. All other southampton training starts on Wednesday 3rd September (Chris G will advise).
