Dulwich opened the game in total control with Dean Lodge delivering two balls into the box inside the first ten minutes that were only inches away from being converted by Connor French whilst on the other wing Ellis
Green was regularly getting the better of Aaron Lacy.
It was no surprise when Ellis cut in from the left in the 13th minute and hit a shot than keeper Simon Overland could only help into the net.
Faversham then came more into the game but could not unduly trouble a Dulwich rearguard in which Peter Adeniyi and Lewis Gonsalves were on their game.
In goal Chico Ramos was only called upon to make one save as he comfortably tipped over a long range free kick that he had covered all the way. In fact Dean Lodge came close to doubling the lead as his shot had Overland well beaten but just missed the angle of post and crossbar.
Faversham were in the ascendancy for long periods of the second half but despite numerous corners and long throws into the box were unable to create anything more than a few scrambles as the Hamlet defence repelled all their attempts to equalise.
Dulwich were denied a second as substitute Nyren Cluins got to the byline and his cross was turned towards goal by Connor French but somehow keeper Simon Overland kept it out.
It was Xavier Vidal who sealed the game in the 89th minute with a stunning strike from 25 yards which hit the top corner before he could move. Faversham almost pulled one back in stoppage time but the imperious Peter Adeniyi cleared a Jamie Maxted effort off the line.
