Our Supporters Team, established in May 1989, have been touring the continent since May 2002, when we entered a tournament in Amsterdam.
Since then, outside the United Kingdom we have made lots of trips, and also made many friends, on our various escapades to the Czech Republic; Italy; France; Belgium; Estonia; Finland & Germany.
On Saturday 23rd May we are returning to Hamburg to play our conterparts from the terraces of Altona 93.
The night before will see the last Altona 93 home match of their Oberliga season, when they host Rugenbergen, with a 7.00pm kick off.
The following day our two fans teams play, in their actual main Adolf-Jager-Kampfbahn stadium, which is a great honour for us.
As with all Dulwich Hamlet supporters trips, you arrange your own travel & accomodation to suit yourselves, but if you want to play simply contact either of the current co-managers Shaun Dooley or Lester Ford in advance.
We welcome any Hamlet fans to come along, and you don't have to have played in the team before to bring your boots.
It's about having fun, the match is not too serious, we play 'rolling subs', so you can only have a few minutes if you want.
The emphasis is more on enjoying yourselves, building friendships, & taking pride in wearing our Club colours abroad.
So check your diaries now, book those flights...and speak to Shaun or Lester on Saturday, against Hendon, at Harrow Borough.
Or drop Lester an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
