Dulwich suffered another defeat as they threw away a two goal half time lead and then conceded another for good measure, in an embarrassing second half performance.

The match started with the visitors on top and a long goal kick was allowed to bounce by Jack Connors and he was forced to concede a corner. The corner was only half cleared and Ashley Maynard-Brewer had to produce a brilliant save to keep Jones effort out of the top corner of the goal.

The Hamlet keeper had to save again when Tomlinson was allowed space to shoot on goal in the 8th minute and he then had to tip over another effort a minute later. However, it was Dulwich who took the lead in the 14th minute. when Jack Connors floated in a corner from the right Danny Mills rose highest to crash a header home off the underside of the bar.

Three minutes later a flick from Danny Mills sent Lewis White clear on the left but his weak effort was easily saved by Siviter in the visitors goal, whilst another flick to White was diffused as the Dulwich player was outmuscled on the edge of the box. Dulwich doubled the lead three minutes before the break when a quick break saw Connor Hunte feed Aaron Barnes. His cross was headed out but David Ijaha was first to the ball and thundered a low drive into the corner of the net.

Dulwich now looked as if they would score each time they went forward but Danny Mills lifted the ball on to the roof of the net and the same player saw his effort saved after a Jack Connors run.

Half Time 2-0

Richard Orlu failed to appear for the second half and Dulwich's defensive organisation disappeared with him, as all the good work of the first half quickly evaporated in a nightmare first five minutes of the second half. The Hamlet stayed back in the dressing room and Hungerford came out strongly.

Only three minutes in a foul by Jeffrey Monakana resulted in a free kick from the Dulwich right. Tomlinson floated in a free kick and Liam Ferdinand scored from close range.

It took just another two minutes for the visitors to equalise as Tomlinson was left with the freedom of Champion Hill to fire home as he drifted in from the left. It was almost worse just another two minutes later but Jones saw his effort deflected wide.

Dulwich finally created an opportunity in the 53rd minute but Aaron Barnes and Danny Mills couldn't get their efforts on goal. Substitute Akers then hit the side netting with an effort from distance for Hungerford and Maynard-Brewer made another save from Tomlinson as he was again allowed the freedom of Champion Hill. Therefore, it came as no surprise when more poor defending gifted Matt Jones a shooting opportunity that he thumped low to Maynard-Brewer's left to give Hungerford the lead.

Dulwich went in search of another equaliser but their efforts were generally ineffective and disjointed. Danny Mills foiirced a point blank save from Siviter with five minutes remaining and Jeffrey Monakana saw his injury time effort tipped on to the underside of the bar and out. However, in truth, an equaliser would have been an injustice and Hungerford deservedly left with all the points.

Final Score 2-3
