Highlights of Dulwich's 10-2 victory over Erith Town in the FA Youth Cup Preliminary Round. Dulwich had fallen at this stage of the competition last year but would ensure they would not endure a repeat with a dominant display at Oakwood. The opener came from Henry Adeniran in just the third minute, and by the 27th he had scored his second, with a couple from strike partner Javaun Splatt sandwiched in between to move the Hamlet into a 4-0 lead. Erith restored hope with a quickfire double from Frankie Holland and Sam Evbuoma, but Dulwich had killed off the tie by the break. First Harry Ebdon brought down Caio Guimares to allow Splatt to complete his hat-trick from the penalty spot, before Guimares himself slotted home a sixth. A difficult first half ended badly for the hosts as Ebdon conceded a second penalty, which saw him receive a second yellow card, and captain Mohomed Mohomed put his penalty past stand-in replacement Jack Kelly. In the second half, Kelly excelled for Erith, but eventually Dulwich broke through again, with Jaime Splatt joining his brother on the scoresheet, and as the game reached its dying embers, both Mohomed and Guimares scored again to set up a tie at Carshalton Athletic in the First Qualifying Round.
