Tony, aged 80 and married twice, leaves 3 children from his first marriage, Caroline, Robert and Jane, along with Amy and Matthew from his second marriage. A loving father, he also leaves grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn his passing..

Tony played all his rugby as a talented outside half at Swansea Uplands R.F.C. where he later became Chairman for 6 years. Son Robert also played for the Ups. Tony then switched his allegiance to Dunvant Rugby Club where son Matthew quickly established himself as a star winger for our 1st XV. Tony, a man of high integrity became a big supporter of our club and has followed us for several years even though Matthew is no longer playing.
Matthew is now following a career in medical research in Texas. Daughter Amy is scheduled to marry Dunvant 1st XV lock forward Hayden Baldwin in a just a few week’s time and they will be saddened that Tony will no longer be with them for this big chapter in their lives.
