Summer scrimmages 2022

We've all really missed playing matches through lockdown, and this summer we are creating more opportunities to get together, play lacrosse and hopefully take advantage of some sunshine!

We are opening these scrimmages up to non-members as well, so if you are in Edinburgh or nearby over summer and keen to play some informal, fun matches then we would love to have you.

If you haven't played in a while but thinking of getting back in to lacrosse then this is a perfect opportunity to do so - just get in touch if you need to borrow a stick, or want to meet earlier for a throw around.

Who can take part?

• Open to members and non-members
• Current club or uni lacrosse players
• Former players looking to get back into lacrosse
• Anyone in Edinburgh over summer and keen to play!
• Spectators also welcome
• Join us for drinks afterwards (18+) at the Murrayfield Hotel

When and where?
St George's School, Edinburgh

This is around a 15 minute walk from Haymarket station, or you can post on the Heja group if you're looking to lift share

Wednesdays 7.15-8.45pm

• 8 June / 29 June
• 10 August / 24 August

How to sign up
You can sign up as an individual and come along to as many sessions as you like, but don't worry if you can't make all the dates!

If you're happy to umpire for a quarter please indicate this when signing up, we will have our umpires on hand to support and may have opportunities for umpire assessments later in the summer.

The more than merrier so please pass this info on to any friends who are keen to play.

There is no cost to take part, but we do encourage you to make a small donation to one of our suggested charities or another charity of your choice.
