It was great to see some contact rugby for the first time this season at Parsonage Barn Lane and we managed to secure a narrow 14-8 victory against Blandford.

Our tries were scored by centre Dean Young and flank forward Will Maw (pictured). Dean Young also kicked two conversions.

After the game Will Maw was presented with the prestigious 'Dick Birch Memorial Award' in memory of the club's late prop forward and chairman, which means he'll have his subscriptions and match fees paid this season and his name on the honours board in the clubhouse.
