Tim Tunnicliff, the brother of our Junior Chair Chris Tunnicliff, is running 500 miles in 5 weeks from Lands End to his home rugby club, Old Colfeians in London, visiting as many rugby clubs as possible along the way. He is doing this to help spread the word and raise the profile of mental health charities within the rugby community. One of them, LooseHeadz, Ellingham & Ringwood RFC is a partnership club for. He'll be speaking to people along the way who will help him to tell that story and hopefully help anyone out there who is struggling.
He will be visiting Ellingham & Ringwood on Tuesday 12th Oct where he'll be shown around our great club and if anyone would like to be there you’d be more than welcome .
That is his primary aim, but money also helps and he has set up a just giving page for donations to fund the work of the four awesome charities & CIC's that he is supporting.
In addition Ellingham & Ringwood RFC will be running a bucket collection at the club during the home games on 9th Oct, so please give generously.
You can find out more information about the run, the charities/CIC's and the benefits that your donations will fund at: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/thegreatruggerrun
On behalf of everyone that benefits from your donation, Thank you!
