Umpiring
ECHC are always on the lookout for new umpires. Cambridgeshire Hockey Umpires Association (CHUA) runs Level One Courses throughout the season so there is always an opportunity to get involved.
What it involves:
In order to qualify as a Level One umpire a candidate must complete the following:
•Attend and pass a Level One Theory Course.
•Officiate at three organised matches as a probationer umpire.
•Complete and pass a Level One assessment match.
•Return their Level One assessment card to the Level One Co-ordinator.
You have two years to complete your practice games and assessment from the date of your Level One Theory Course.
