As part of the NatWest Workforce programme we have taken an innovative approach to this initiative. While we recognise the importance of the Clubhouse to provide the best facilities for our members, we also know that clubs are about people: players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and the local community.
We are at a critical time in the evolution of the Club and as we celebrate our 70th Anniversary and 20th Anniversary of the Youth Section, it is time to allow all those who have an interest in the future of the Club to have a say.
This weekend sees the first of the discussion/ workshops to elicit the opinions of our stakeholders. The Youth Section Coaches' forum will be on Saturday morning at 9.30am at the Club. Later this week on Thursday the 27th June at 8.30pm, the senior players and Academy will have their opportunities. This opportunity is also open to any senior member of the Club whether a player or not. There will also be opportunities for parents and the wider community at a later stage.
For further information or if you would like to get involved please contact Dave French - Chairman.
