In response to the Club's Covid Fight Back Fund the Club has raised the fantastic sum £20,000 in 56 days to help reduce the economic and financial impact on the Club as a result of not being able to operate, as a result of the Covid -19 Pandemic. The original target was £5,000 but this was reached within a couple of weeks. Then the generosity of Club members went into overdrive. First a target of £10,000 and then towards the end, the amazing target of £20,000 was achieved, with minutes to go before the scheme closed today (8th August).

Make no mistake, the Club will do well to achieve at least a break even financial position by the end of this financial year but the support of all those who contributed has given us all a much better chance.

During this Pandemic the members have earlier shown generosity for the NHS and now our Club has benefitted from the wonderful largesse of so many people.
