FIRSTS SUFFER HAMPSTEAD LOSS/TWOS WIN

Still there and hanging by a thread. The 32-18 away loss to Hampstead means that we still are very much in the relegation mix, as we moved down a place to tenth.

The saving grace from our perspective is that Letchworth, the side immediately below and the one propping up the table, lost away to Hackney who leapfrog us into tenth.

We also have a game in hand with Letchworth but we will effectively be using up our joker next week [March 30th] when we are at home to the league leaders, Belsize Park, which is also a President’s Lunch occasion.

Enfield and Letchworth round out their league season on April 6th with respective away games at Grasshoppers and Hemel Hempstead.

The twos enjoyed a resounding 49-14 win against Hatfield in Herts-Middlesex Merit Table Two.

Similarly, the threes also filled their boots with a resounding 57-24 home success against Barnet Elizabethans IIs.

FULL REPORTS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE RELEVANT TEAM SECTIONS.
