ENFIELD IGNATIANS extended their unbeaten Ready4Rugby run to six, but fluency wasn’t never really on the menu as they made hard working in seeing off the challenge of spirited Southgate 9-5 at Donkey Lane on Saturday (December 19).

Having accounted for the same opposition 21-5 in September, Ignatians clearly fell well short off the standards they set themselves in an indifferent performance.

The fixture marked the first round of return fixtures, with Ignatians having also accounted for Saracens Amateurs, Old Grammarians, Hackney and Finsbury Park.
