Firstly, we thank all players and supporters for their patience in regard to receipt of ordered kit. We are happy to confirm the new Essex County playing kit was dispatched by the manufacturer as air freight last Friday (23rd Jan as promised).
It has now arrived at Heathrow freight terminal and is awaiting clearance by customs in the next 24 hours (from 26th Jan) at which point the entire shipment will be delivered to ECHA. The shipment will then be broken out into squad bundles and arrangements made to deliver the squad bundle to the appropriate coach ahead of their next scheduled activity (training or festival) for distribution to players.
There are some training sessions planned for this Friday and I understand conversations are already underway with the involved coaches for kit bundles to be available from this week. We continue to monitor progress for ancillary items (hoodies, track pants, etc and will keep you updated as delivery draws near and the individual delivery mechanism shall be via squad activity.
Again, apologies for delays and the team here at ECHA will look to mitigate delays in future seasons.
