Registering on the club website.
In order to register on the club's website, carry out the following steps:
1. Go to the “Manor’s” website www.etonmanor.net
2. If you already have a ‘Pitchero Account’ and your details are up to date then goto step 4.
3. If you need to change details in Pitchero or create an account then click ‘Pitchero’ in the top right hand corner of the webpage.
You will need to log in to Pitchero.
If you have already registered you should know your Username/ID (email address) and Password.
If you do not know what your password is please click on the "forgotten your password" link, enter your email address and click the green reset button.
You will be sent a link to your email account and you can then continue to update your details.
4. Click on Payments in the navigation toolbar at the top of the webpage
5. Find the product you want to purchase that meets your membership requirements and click on ‘Buy this product’
6. You will be prompted to add the name(s) of your child(ren) and a few other details Note: these players need to be already on the membership database so that you can add them and they should have already been loaded. If not please you will have to cancel the purchase of your membership and contact the Team Admin(s)
7. Click ‘Continue’ button
8. You will then complete a electronic direct-debit mandate form that will be registered with GoCardless
9. Complete the transaction.
10. If your details are not correct, then you will be re-directed to GoCardless to correct them after ‘confirm transaction’
11. When the transaction is complete and monies are due to be paid you will receive a web page stating: ‘payment pending’…
