Want to play a bit of competitive rugby during the 6 Nations gap. Or perhaps you have not played for a while and would like to ease your way back into rugby?
The RFU are in the process of launching XRugby7s nationwide and Eton Manor are one of the clubs who will be hosting nine weekly introductory taster sessions from this Wednesday 30th January until Wednesday 27th March . The session will run from 7-8pm and a number of RFU, Manor and other local coaches will be on hand to guide you through the rules and set up the games.
XRugby7s is a new format of the game that England Rugby has developed in conjunction with World Rugby.
The format involves playing across half a standard size pitch, has simpler rules, fewer players and reduced intensity of contact.
Sessions are open to all adults, male and female of all abilities, and participants can sign up or just drop in to see how the format works.
