The project to build our own club house is still moving forward despite the covid-19 issue and the strange world we currently live in. We have a small team working on the detailed plans along with the design for the foundations, this has included taking soil samples to see how the ground is made up, the results from this will form the basis for the foundations design.
The team is working hard to present the club with a good estimate of cost for the complete build. They are creating a tender document for potential builders to quote on.
We now need to move forward and create a business plan to be able to apply for any potential grants. The business plan will consist of the following:
1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
2. THE VISION
3. THE CLUB
4. RUNNING THE CLUB
5. THE CLUBHOUSE PROJECT
6. THE FUNDING OF THE CLUBHOUSE
7. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CLUBHOUSE BUILD
8. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NEW CLUBHOUSE
9. SWOT ANALYSIS
10. MANAGING THE RISKS
11. FINANCIAL RESULTS, PROJECTIONS AND CASH FLOW REQUIREMENTS
A. SUMMARY RESUMES OF KEY PERSONNEL
B. CLUBHOUSE PROJECT PLAN
C. CLUBHOUSE BUILDING PLANS
D. DETAILED FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
E. HISTORICAL FINANCIAL RESULTS
F. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
G. CLUB DETAILS
To get this done we are looking to create several groups taking an item to research and produce a document on, this is a major step towards getting our club house built.
If you would like to volunteer to help create these documents or know of someone that could help, please get in touch. This will be a critical part of the path to our club house so it is really important we get as many people as possible involved in this project.
