New Management Team Confirmed as FC Británico Eyes Promotion Push

FÚTBOL CLUB BRITÁNICO

Rudi Voller and Jake Brown join forces to lead the First Team into an exciting new chapter.

As preparations continue for the 2026/27 season, FC Británico is delighted to announce a new leadership structure for the First Team, with Jake Brown joining Rudi Voller as part of a joint management team.

The new partnership brings together two familiar faces with complementary strengths. Rudi Voller will continue in his role as First Team Manager, overseeing all aspects of matchday management, while Jake Brown takes on the position of Head Coach, leading training sessions and working closely with the players to further develop the team's style of play, improve team performances and continue building the footballing identity that has become a hallmark of FC Británico.
Together, the pair will be looking to build on an impressive 2025/26 campaign, where FC Británico finished 5th in Segunda Aficionado, and take the next step by challenging for promotion this season.

Progress Under Rudi Voller
Rudi first joined FC Británico as a player after moving to Madrid from Valencia before stepping into management ahead of the 2024/25 season.
In his first year in charge, he guided the club to a respectable 9th-place finish with 35 points, laying strong foundations for the future. Last season saw significant progress, with the team climbing to 5th place, recording the club's highest league finish in years and firmly establishing itself among the league's strongest sides.
Alongside his work with the club, Rudi will begin studying for his UEFA C Licence this season, continuing his own development as a coach.

A Welcome Return for Jake Brown
Jake Brown returns to FC Británico bringing with him more than a decade of coaching experience across Scotland, England, the United States and Spain.
He began his coaching career in Scotland, working closely with the Scottish FA National Teams Programme, before gaining further experience in the United States. Jake later moved to England, where he earned his UEFA B Licence through the English FA in 2019.
His coaching journey included three successful seasons as Under-16 Academy Lead Coach at Bristol City Women FC, helping guide the side to a Youth Cup Final while also co-founding and growing a successful grassroots football business.
After relocating to Madrid in 2021, Jake spent two seasons with FC Británico before joining ED Moratalaz, where he coached both the Cadete A side at one of Spain's highest youth levels and the Women's First Team, securing promotion during his second season with the club.
Now returning to FC Británico, Jake brings a wealth of coaching knowledge, player development expertise and a clear vision for how the team can continue to evolve. He will also continue his own coaching development this season by studying for his UEFA A Licence, further strengthening the expertise within the club's coaching staff.

Building on Strong Foundations
The appointment marks another important step in FC Británico's continued development, with the club strengthening its football department ahead of what promises to be an exciting season.
With Rudi's leadership, Jake's coaching expertise and a talented squad returning for pre-season, the focus is now firmly on building upon last season's progress and giving the club the best possible opportunity to challenge for promotion in 2026/27.
Welcome back, Jake – and here's to an exciting season ahead.
