Drills & Exercises To Keep Us "Title Winning" Sharp During Lockdown.


Please Use These If You Can (& Want To) For Timetabled P.E. Or In Place Of Saturday Training/Sunday Match Time
Please feel free to do all or any of the attached.
Ideally work through one section at a time & try & do 3 of the 5 per week.
Of course if you can do more then please do!

1. Working With The Ball: 45mins

2. Dribbling & Change Of Direction: 25mins

3. Control Ball Work: 25mins

4. Turning With The Ball: 30mins

5. Circuits: 30mins
