hrough this minimum standard, we at FC Indiana want to ensure that all FC Indiana players receive soccer education from qualified and experienced coaches.- Sharisse Yoder, FC Indiana Director of Operations
Youth coaches are role models who exert a lasting influence on our impressionable young players. As the role of the coach in the development and health of our children is increasingly acknowledged as vital, the importance of coaching education falls into sharper focus.
FC Indiana’s minimum licensing policy, requires that all FC Indiana coaches must hold a US Soccer National "C" Coaching License (or equivalent) as the minimum coaching qualification.
"Through this minimum standard, we at FC Indiana want to ensure that all FC Indiana players receive soccer education from qualified and experienced coaches," said FC Indiana Director of Operations Sharisse Yoder.
