Hear about what it takes to make a comeback from injury at this exclusive panel event, featuring Joe Gray, Rugby Premiership Champion last season with Harlequins RFC and formerly of Saracens & England.

From elite athletes to recreational sportspeople, everyone suffers through injury or illness at some point. Preparation and management of the return to training and competition process is critical to avoiding repeat, or new injuries and achieving maximum fitness as quickly as possible.

Healthcare provider OneWelbeck and Finchley Rugby have assembled an expert panel to discuss how to achieve this, with insights from those who design and manage rehab programmes for elite players and the recipients of such treatment as they return to performing at the highest level in sport.

Hosted at Saracens StoneX in the Hundred Club, with its incredible sports memorabilia collection, this event will be of interest to anyone interested in sports injury rehab - from individuals who play amateur sport, through team managers, coaches, physios or participants in any sport who are interested to find out how elite medics manage the highest profile athletes back to peak performance, with a few fun stories along the way!

The panel line-up includes:

  • Joe Gray, Professional Rugby Player, Premiership & European Champion’s Cup Winner with Harlequins & Saracens and an England International
  • Richard Bamford, Harlequins, Saracens & England Rugby Physiotherapist
  • Dr Natasha Beach, Sports Medicine Consultant at OneWelbeck, Chief Medical Officer at England Athletics & former Saracens Rugby Team Doctor
  • Mr Lloyd Williams, Orthopaedic Surgeon at OneWelbeck

Tickets include entry, parking and a canape reception, with a cash bar at the event.
