Biography

Jess started playing rugby at the age of 5 when his dad took him along to Droitwich RFC. He stayed at Droitwich, where he captained the team, up until colts when the club were unable to provide a team. At this point, Jess moved to Bromsgrove RFC and linked up with a number of school team mates.

During his first year of senior rugby at Bromsgrove RFC, he broke into the 1st XV and made numerous 1st team starts throughout the season. In his second senior season at Bromsgrove RFC, Jess won top points scorer award for the 2nd XV.

Jess moved to Five Ways OE RFC for the 2013/14 season and was named Vice Captain ahead of the 2014/15 season.
