Richard is well known locally for successfully running First Soccer who to date have had over 50 players go on to sign with academies across the country.

He has formally worked with Chelsea FC and Brentford FC in recruitment and currently works with Oxford United Academy.

Like FHFC he is committed to a long term vision of helping to create a pathway to senior football with hardwork, desire and talent whilst working with the local community, schools and local clubs.

Richard brings with him a great enthusiasm and love for the game, a wealth of knowledge and coaching qualifications, a desire to protect, nurture and improve all aspects of our young peoples well-being, both mentally and physically.

The entire FHFC family is extremely happy to welcome Richard and his coaching staff to the club and cannot wait for what the seasons ahead of us hold.
