SRD Masters Rugby League is for those aged 35+ (players between the ages of 30 and 34 may also be considered, if they are currently not playing any grade of rugby). Training sessions, festivals and socials are taking place across the city at the local community clubs with opportunities to play against other Masters teams across the region.

Folly lane will be holding sessions over the next three weeks at St. Ambrose Barlow, Thursdays between 8 pm and 9 pm. Following these sessions, the group will play a festival style tournament with other local teams, which shall be held at Salford City Roosters on Wednesday 9th December.

The main aim to increase activity to those who's playing days are over, whilst keeping an interest in the game as well as an interest if the community game.

There have been a number of people who have shown and interest in the sessions and we hope that we'll have some good numbers at our first session on Thursday 19th November.
