The Annual General Meeting of the rugby club will be held in the Chainey Room at Crossbow House on Tuesday the 11th July at 8pm when the following will be standing for re-election/election:

Junior Chairman – Steve Neale

Junior Secretary - Dave Crewe

Junior Treasurer – Matt Marsh

Club Captain – Mike Weaver/Mark Smith

Fixture Secretary - Nathan Cole

Membership Secretary - John Britton

Social Secretary - Sharon Bennett

If any member wishes to stand for a position, particularly the vacant Chairman’s position, please advise me by email at martyn.james62@gmail.com by the 27th June i.e. 14 days prior to the AGM in line with the club rules, and I will advise the membership accordingly. We need a quorum of 25 members to be in attendance to complete the voting process so please make every attempt to attend.
