Cleve 18 v Frampton 2

Cleve started strong and it took us a little while to get into the game but the team did eventually gel together. With every quarter Frampton upped their game. Top tackling from Marcus (who unfortunately got a head injury and had to leave early), Matthew, Jacob and Leo. A great breakaway try by Jamie was then followed up by some quick thinking by Nick Powell which allowed us to break through the strong defence of Cleve. Rory was a victim of a fair but hard tackle by Cleve but managed to retain possesion of the ball. Charlie, Jack and Nikolas had some great plays but just couldn't get the ball across the line. Royston and Olly gave great support at centre but were unable to break the game line and score a try.
