Terriers batted first and set 292.

First pairing was Claire and Sam who put 7 and 13 to get us started with Matty and Matthew coming in second adding 16 and 3. Third pairing was Archie and John who tried their best adding a very useful 1 to the total. Our last pairing of Adrian and Guy took to the crease and added 21 and 15 to our total giving us 292 to defend. Terriers came on to start their defence with on-field captain Sam leading us in a good fielding and bowling effort but unfortunately we were unable to defend as there wasn’t a wicket through the entire match for either team with us only losing by 10 runs and Blyth scores 302
