The Coaches played Well against a very good Fry’s U18 Team who had won their league this season.
The unexpected happened with the Coaches keeping the U18’s at Bay with some great defending and safe Hands from Paolo Gilardoni.
Both teams were threatening with the Coaches creating a good chance from a Tim Carthy through ball to a speeding Shaun Green into a good position but had the effort snuffed out by theU18’s.
The Under 18’s broke quickly and crafted a good goal for George Mullins to score from close range, to put the U18s 1-0 up Just before the Break.

Nearly straight from the start of the Second Half the U18’s with their tails up! Went 2-0 up with an across goal shot by Baily Vowles.
The Under 18’s were soon 3-0 up when Strength and skill enabled Shea Bennington-Manning to score a third goal for the U18’s.
The Coaches responded and weather the storm with Paul Marsh and Mark Small working hard in midfield and Anton De Beke dancing down the left flank threatening the U18’s Goal.
Before the Under 18’s wrapped the Game up with two quick succession goals from Charlie Saunders and Ciaran Hogg.

Final result 5-0
