This Saturday Garforth take on Barton Town in an NCEL Premier Division match at the Bannister Prentice Stadium.
It's been a stuttering start to the season for two teams that will be looking to compete at the top end of the table next Spring.
Barton are winless in their last three games, while Garforth are hurting from sinking to defeat on Wednesday at Albion Sports thanks to two added time goals.
The Miners won this fixture last season. Sam Barker, Charlie Marshall and Jamie Barkway scoring in a 3-2 win.
A six point gap separates the sides, but Garforth can close it to three with a win.
There will be one minute silence before the game in memory of well loved Garforth supporter Andy Kilbride, who sadly passed away last week.
