For your understanding
1. On days where these Scotland fixtures take place as the first kick off, bar staff reserve the right to close if there is no further known custom due to attend or bar activity levels are low and there is no need to remain open. Our trained bar staff are always very friendly & will accommodate closing times as best as possible with those in the bar on the day - we want the club to be utilized as much as possible by members, but require to remain sensible to running costs incurred if there is no viability in remaining open.
2. Our Licensed clubhouse bar runs as a "members bar" by definition - With this in mind, there are certain legal stipulations associated with its use.
3. A Member is defined as- A named member on our database, who is paying for a club membership, either a Senior, Youth, Social or Family (up to 2 Adults & 3 Children - all 5 are classed as members) monthly membership subscription to Garioch RFC.
4. Those using the bar, must be predominately paying Members, any visitors who are not members must be accompanied by a paying member & signed in via the Visitors Book on arrival by the accompanying member. There after the visitor who has been signed in remains the responsibility of the member who signed them in & could be held accountable for the actions & behaviours of their signed in guest. Any visitor who is signed in by a member, must leave when their accompanying member leaves the premise.
5. Children are welcome to attend as a members bar, where a child is under the age of 16, we would recommend an appropriate adult is in attendance with them. Where children are in for viewing of a rugby game past 9pm, they are allowed to remain at the premise until the TV coverage finishes, there after they must depart the premise.

Memberships can be bought from our Club Shop Section & Social Memberships at £5 a month are an easy & suggested option for any regular attendees at the club to keep themselves & our bar above board.
This Money helps keep the bar open & club open to provide meeting spaces & social events over the 6 Nations. Without that support running in the back ground, the running costs of the bar are reflected in the pricing & opening opportunities.
