Geddington 1st Team had a Winning Draw against Peterborough Town 2nd Team at the Dalrod Sports Ground in Peterborough on Saturday.
Geddington batted first and made 211-6 off their 50 overs, Shoaib Nasir (98*) and Tiaan Raubenheimer (60) both scored half-centuries for the visitors, both Nasir and Raubenheimer put on 149 for the 3rd wicket partnership. Richard Kendall (3-52) was the pick of the Peterborough bowlers with three wickets.
In reply, Peterborough Town finished on 156-8 off their 50 overs, Alex Mitchell (53) top-scored for the home side with a half-century, Scott Howard (27) and Connor Parnell (20) were also in the runs. Chris Murdoch (2-23) was the pick of the Geddington bowlers with two wickets, there was also a wicket each for Jamie Kay, Luke Cummins, Nasir and Jonathan Freeman.
