Geddington 1st Team had a Winning Draw at home to Peterborough Town 2nd Team with Shoaib Nasir scoring his 3rd century of the season for the home side.
Geddington batted first and made 256-3 declared off 48 overs, Nasir (115*) top-scored with an unbeaten century for the home side, his innings included 16 fours, Chris Harrison (52) scored a half-century as well, as both Harrison and Nasir put on 129 for the 3rd wicket partnership, Tiaan Raubenheimer (30) and Charlie Gingell (29) were also in the runs for the hosts. Kieron Jones, Nadir Haider, Farhan Adil all took a wicket each with the ball for Peterborough Town.
In reply, Peterborough finished on 197-7 off their 52 overs, Scott Howard (48) top-scored with the bat for the visitors, Daniel Oldham (39), Kieran Judd (26) and Kyle Medcalf (22) were also in the runs. Both Howard and Oldham put on 65 for the 5th wicket partnership after being 92-4 in reply. Raubenheimer (2-30), Chris Murdoch (2-43) and Luke Cummins (2-71) all took two wickets each for Geddington, Jamie Kay (1-24) picked up the other wicket to fall for the home side.
