Geddington batted first and made 144-9 off their 50 overs, Marcus Knight (46) top-scored for the Geddington, Ben Templeman (23), Adam Sturgess (19), Brando Biddle (15) and Harry Bolton (14) were all in the runs for the visitors, Ray Swann (3-22) was the pick of the Northampton Saints bowlers with three wickets, Raja Mahmood (2-27) and Syed Ali Naqi (2-28) both took two wickets each for the home side.
In reply, Ali Naqi (26), Tim Chamberlain (23) and Swann (21) all got into twenties for Northampton Saints with the bat as the Saints were 108-5, but then two wickets each for Phil Peel (2-2), Mark Toseland (2-15) and Harry Spence (2-19) guided Geddington to the victory as the home side were All Out for 137. Templeman (1-12) and Knight (1-29) both took a wicket each for the visitors.
