Brooklyn Biddle was the star performer with the ball for Geddington 3rd Team in their 94 runs victory against St Michaels 1st Team at Burton Latimer Cricket Club on Saturday.
Brooklyn Biddle (6-4-5-5) took five wickets with the ball for Geddington, as they bowled St Michaels All Out for 59 in 23.3 overs, Archie Colwill (2-13) took two wickets, there was also a wicket each for Harry Spence (1-0), Stanley Kirk (1-12) and Zachary Byers (1-14) for the home side. Geoff Lambert (21*) was the only batsman to get past the twenties mark for the visitors.
Earlier, Geddington batted first and made 153-9 off their 40 overs, Ben Templeman (45) top-scored with the bat for the home side, George York (22*) and Spence (20) were also in the runs. Lambert (4-24) took four wickets with the ball for St Michaels, Tom Marlow (3-29) also took three wickets, there was also a wicket for Martin Baker for the visitors.
