Geddington 3rd Team returned to winning ways with victory by 10 runs against Kettering Town 3rd Team at Burton Latimer Cricket Club on Saturday.
Geddington batted first and were All Out for 153 in 38 overs, Matt Johns (48*) and Mark Pearson (32) were the main run-scorers with the bat for the home side. James Wiles (3-26) and Daniel Folgate (3-26) both took three wickets each with the ball for Kettering Town, there was also a wicket each for Max Aldridge, Conor Barton and Vishal Sharma for the visitors.
In reply, Kettering Town finished on 143-8 off their 40 overs, Clive Wears (37) top-scored with the bat for the visitors. Archie Colwill (2-22) took two wickets with the ball, there was also a wicket each for Stanley Kirk, M Pearson and Miles Knight, there was also three Run-Outs in the field from Knight, Brando Biddle and Kirk for the home side.
